Refund Policy

Do to the nature of the products we cannot take returns or exchanges on any items, regardless of whether they are opened or unopened. If you receive a product you do not want or like we suggest giving it to someone else to try or just try it... You may be surprised and actually like it.

Defective Policy
Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 90 days from receipt. Contact your regarding a replacement or return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

All damaged goods or shortages must be reported to Sugar Rush LLC within 7 days from the receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped, you must file a claim at the time of delivery with the carrier. Please make sure the driver notes the damage. We recommend that you take pictures to help document the damages as well as save the original cartons and packing material for inspection by the carrier. Let us know immediately when you have had the driver note a problem. Contact with the reference number assigned by the carrier and we will process the claim for you.

Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving your email regarding notice of defectiveness or damage, we will review the material provided and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for further assistance.
